Professional Pre-Planning Coverage in 5 Steps

Step 1: Get unlimited email and text support with your certified coordinator as you plan to ensure that your plan not only meets your needs but avoids common pitfalls.

Step 2: Have your planner source 2 match-made-in-heaven vendors for you to ensure a professional team that will deliver the best possible version of your vision.

Step 3: Meet with your coordinator 4 weeks before your wedding to review your plan, identify any remaining gaps, and receive suggestions on how to improve it to ensure the best experience for you, your guests, your vendors, and make the best use of your coordinator’s 12 onsite hours.

Step 4: Meet with your planner 2 weeks in advance to review their rigorously made custom day-of schedule created to achieve your goals and that has been pre-approved by all of your vendors.

Step 5: Have a final site visit and your rehearsal professionally coordinated (or attended if your officiant/pastor does this) the day before your wedding.

Your Vision Brought To Life

On your wedding day, your coordinator and on-site assistant, both equipped with a fully-stocked day-of emergency kit, will execute your schedule at or beyond your expectations.

During your 12-hours of on-site coverage, and based on the particular needs of your day as planned or as arises, this might include:

  • running a couple local errands

  • supervising vendor set-up

  • decor set up, if timeline and scope permits

  • reviewing and setting last minute details such as aisle decor, name cards, guest book, and more

  • working with your venue to ensure a welcoming ceremony and reception space

  • be the point-of-contact for vendors, VIPs, and guests

  • cueing processionals and recessionals

  • support for you bridal party and key family members

  • simple announcements and supporting the photo schedule

  • troubleshooting with vendors and disbursing payments as requested

We do our best to identify where problems may arise in advance so we can be ready to meet each one with efficient and effective solutions so that you didn’t even notice.

“We had the absolute pleasure of working with Andrea, and we truly couldn’t be more grateful for everything she did to make our wedding day seamless and joyful.

About a month before the big day, she stepped in and immediately took over communication and coordination with our existing vendors—something that lifted a huge weight off our shoulders. Her responsiveness was exceptional; she was always easy to reach and consistently provided prompt, clear updates.

One of the standout aspects was her fluency in Spanish, which made a world of difference for my family traveling from abroad. She communicated the wedding day itinerary with clarity and warmth, ensuring everyone felt included and informed.

On the day itself, she made sure the bride and groom, along with our groomsmen and bridesmaids, were pampered and well taken care of. Her attention to detail and calm presence allowed us to truly enjoy every moment without stress.

Her professionalism, kindness, and dedication were beyond what we could have hoped for. We wholeheartedly recommend her to anyone looking for smooth, thoughtful coordination for their special event. She’s a gem!”
