You’ve done all the pre-planning work and now it’s time to sit back, enjoy your event. This is the perfect solution for an internal planner or community organizer who wants to hand off the logistics so that they can attend to their guests instead of wrangling vendors and stakeholders.

Before the Event

  • Initial consultation and 2 meetings leading up to your event day

    • Add on: additional one-hour meetings for $100.00.

  • Unlimited email and phone support during business hours.

  • Day-of schedule creation

  • Up to 2 vendor referrals

  • Check-in and confirm details with vendors in advance

  • Site visit and rehearsal on the day before your event.

During the Event

  • Professional on-site coordinator

    • Add on: On-site Assistant - required for events over 150 guests and 5 vendors

  • Up to 2 scheduled local errands, timeline permitting

  • Managing event timeline.

  • Point of contact for vendors, VIPs, and guests.

  • Supervising vendor set-up and reviewing/setting last minute venue details (name cards, guest book, etc.)

  • Assist with disbursing vendor payments and supporting guests.

  • Managing problems efficiently and effectively as they arise

  • Up to 10 hours of day-of coverage

    • Add on: $250/extra hour
