Small Party Planning

Just a little get together to celebrate the intimate milestones of life. I would be honored to plan your family picnic, baptism, baby shower, or little one’s birthday party.

Before the Event

  • Management for up to 2 vendors and 40 guests

  • Consultation and 2 meetings leading up to your event day

    • Add on: additional one-hour meetings for $100.00.

  • Unlimited email and phone support during business hours.

  • Day-of schedule creation

  • Up to 2 vendor referrals

  • Décor planning support

  • Site visit and rehearsal on the day before your event.

During the Event

  • Professional on-site coordinator

  • Up to 4 hours of day-of coverage

  • Managing event timeline.

  • Point of contact for vendors, VIPs, and guests.

  • Supervising vendor set-up and reviewing/setting last minute venue details (name cards, guest book, etc.)

  • Assist with disbursing vendor payments and supporting guests.

  • Managing problems efficiently and effectively as they arise

Large Party Planning

During the Event

  • Professional on-site Coordinator and Assistant

    • Add on: On-site Assistant - required for events over 150 guests and 5 vendors

  • A fully stocked day-of emergency kit

  • Up to 2 scheduled local errands, timeline permitting

  • Managing event timeline.

  • Day-of point of contact for vendors, VIPs, and guests.

  • Supervising vendor set-up and reviewing/setting last minute venue details (name cards, sponsor signage, etc.)

  • Disbursing vendor payments, providing on-site support to guests

  • Managing problems efficiently and effectively as they arise

  • Up to 8 hours of on-site coverage

Before the Event

  • Consultation and monthly meetings leading up to your event day

  • Management for parties over 40 guests and 3 or more vendors.

  • Unlimited email and phone support during business hours.

  • Advance site subject to availability

  • Day-of logistics binder (schedule, contact list, etc.)

  • Vendor referrals

  • Vendor contract reviews

  • Décor planning support

  • Confirm details with vendors in advance
