Just a little get together to celebrate the intimate milestones of life. I would be honored to plan your family picnic, baptism, baby shower, or little one’s birthday party.

  • Management for up to 2 vendors and 40 guests

  • Consultation and 2 meetings leading up to your event day

    • Add on: additional one-hour meetings for $100.00.

  • Unlimited email and phone support during business hours.

  • Day-of schedule creation

  • Up to 2 vendor referrals

  • Décor planning support

  • Site visit and rehearsal on the day before your event.

During the Event

  • Professional on-site coordinator

  • Up to 4 hours of day-of coverage

  • Managing event timeline.

  • Point of contact for vendors, VIPs, and guests.

  • Supervising vendor set-up and reviewing/setting last minute venue details (name cards, guest book, etc.)

  • Assist with disbursing vendor payments and supporting guests.

  • Managing problems efficiently and effectively as they arise
