Before the Event
Initial consultation and 2 meetings leading up to your event day

Day-of schedule creation
Up to 2 vendor referrals
Check-in and confirm details with vendors in advance
Site visit and rehearsal on the day before your event.
During the Event

Up to 2 scheduled local errands, timeline permitting
Managing event timeline.
Point of contact for vendors, VIPs, and guests.
Supervising vendor set-up and reviewing/setting last minute venue details (name cards, guest book, etc.)
Assist with disbursing vendor payments and supporting guests.
Managing problems efficiently and effectively as they arise
Up to 10 hours of day-of coverage
Add on: $250/extra hour
